Good place to get Chinese food. Staff are very friendly they greet you with a smile. The (All You Can Eat Buffet) was very time convenient if you want food very quick. They serve a variety of tasty options in the buffet as well as desserts. Restaurant is exceptionally clean, and not outdated. Good overall review.

Really good chinese food, the buffet is OK but the take-out is always super fresh and amazing.

Fantastic food and at least a few meals out of the takeout! Pickup was fast - 20 mins as promised! Not too salty like other places.

My husband and I go here quite frequently. We've tried the buffet before, and it's decent, but if you want to be impressed, spring for a menu. They get your meal out hot and fast, and it's always great. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant itself is clean. Try the curry seafood!

Celebrated the birthday of a friend with lunch buffet here. Surprised to know that it's offering $8.95 10th anniversary deal until Christmas! Food is hot. And there're normal and soft ice-cream. Wish they will have more fresh fruit though.

First experience with Starlight Buffet, I ordered take-out. I have to say I was very impressed. The restaurant was very clean looking when i arrived, the lady at the front counter was very pleasant. When I got home and opened the food containers (which were reusable plastic containers) the food was still steaming hot and the taste was one of the best I have had from a Chinese take-out restaurant. I would very much recommend Starlight Chinese Buffet. Go there you won't be disappointed.

Food was very good and staff helpful and cheerful

About 15 items on the buffet was hot. They are friendly and ready to serve. Old restaurant feels tired and had no atmosphere other than old Chinese restaurant feel. If you want a quick fix to a Chinese dinner go for it. If you want a memory to last a lifetime keep looking. I will be back but it's because I can't cook very well. Enjoy.

Terrible Buffett. If you want deep fried dinner then this is the place. Went for dinner at 7pm and most of Buffett was empty. Not much refilled and the quality was poor. Won’t be back.

One of the best Chinese food places we have found in Airdrie or even Calgary for that matter. Really big selection of food.. good flavour and rotating portions (for as fresh as possible) and they even have a really nice dessert section with good ice cream flavors and a frozen yogurt machine!

Best buffet I've had

Called an hour before buffet was over to see about buffets, went down right away to get some food. There wasn't hardly anything left in the buffet. They offered us a discount if we wanted what was left so we got to go containers and loaded up. Not 1 thing in either of our containers was good, its was hard and gross. And the discount was just as gross. Was still over 32 bux and just over a 1 dollar discount each to take what was going into the garbage and that's been there since they put it out. It's not like they didn't know how long it was there. Should we have to ask if the food is too old and hard when we go to eat? I think not.

Disappointing. Was going to drive to China Rose and should have instead. Wasn’t greeted, granted it was busy. We seated our selves and helped our selves to buffet. Food was bland. Bathroom had no soap or paper towel to wash hands.

Had the hungrys and we found this little gem in Airdrie. I do frequent Chinese Buffets, and found this one to be among my top picks. Lots to choose from, reasonably priced, and well prepared. I had to sample mostly everything ( someone has to do it) and found that the majority of the items were very tastey, not overcook and just the right temp. I recommend this Buffet. Cheers.

Food is usually quite good. Today I was told no substitutions because they were busy. Doesn't seem like a sensible response to a standard and reasonable request. So I ordered from another Chinese restaurant, they are not the only game in Town.

I've been here several times. It's clean, and the buffet is always full. I enjoy the food and the selection is very good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This has become our go to Chinese restaurant in Airdrie. We will be back.

Pretty expensive and was not offered or given the free item that is stated on the flyer. Not the first time this has happened , but definitely the last.

It was ALL very very sweet. The sweetness over powered any other flavors. The spicy dishes we ordered weren't at all spicy. Plus, the chicken balls were basically just dough without much chicken and very very hard exterior! Good sweet and sour sauce though.

Amazing buffett for a great price

One of the better Chinese food establishments in Airdrie. Good service and good food. I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 because when I went there with my baby and needed to change her neither bathroom had a change table so I had to change my 8 month old child while she was balancing on the counter between 2 sinks.

We go at least once a month. They have a very good buffet and the staff is awesome. Never had a bad meal here. Great value for money

Hello I hope everyone reads this before they visit this disgusting place filthy the food was terriable I brought my family here and i wish i didn't we were all sick for a week. I was on the toilet for days my butt hurts please please people dont come here

I have celiac, so the chef told me he could make me almost anything off the menu...it was Fantastic!!!!!! I finally found a chinese restaurant for people suffering from celiac. The chef was absolutely amazing. Thank you Chef!

Buffet had a great selection. Food was fresh and tasty for Western chinese. Restaurant was very full. Usually a good sign of satisfied customers.

Ordered with skip the dishes delivery. I asked for no onions as they make me sick and they did it perfectly. Everything was excellent and was enjoyed by all four of us. I particularly liked the chicken Chow Mein which was chock full of veggies and chicken.

Food is good, and the buffet get filled regularly. This place is so busy with delivery. A lot of deep fried.

We ordered take out from from the restaurant recently, a variety of dishes. The food is fantastic - so far I would recommend everything that we have tried. The food lasted us for about 3 full meals for the two of us. Service is usually good, though the last time we ordered, we had to wait about 15 minutes because they were busy both in the restaurant and for take out.
